Jose A. Matos Sr. Jose A. Matos Sr., 61, of Allentown, died Friday, August 4, 2006, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. He was the husband of Milagros (Rincon) Matos for the past 17 years. He was predeceased by his first wife, Barbara Anne-Marie (Giering), on January 20, 1986. Born in Coamo, Puerto Rico, he was a son of the late Nemecio and Eloiza (Ortiz) Matos. Jose was a custodian for the Allentown School District for the past 21 years. Survivors: Wife; sons, Jose A. Jr., husband of Jennifer of Catasauqua, Marco A., husband of Eunice of Allentown; daughters, Lisa L., wife of Rafael Rincon, and Linda K., wife of David Groves, both of Allentown; brothers, Rafel and Francisco, both of Allentown, Luis of Philadelphia, Cruz in Puerto Rico; sister, Marta in Puerto Rico; stepchildren, Judy Bentley in Georgia, Luis Almonte of New York City; 11 grandchildren.
