Feb 24[, 1901] Wieand, Ruth IreneInfant daughter of Clarence Wieand, non-member and his wife May E. m.n. Giering, member, born Dec 2, 1900 was baptized in parent's home on Sun, Feb 24th, 1901, the parents and Grandparents alone being present.

The following found in the Wilkes Barre Record, Friday, Sept 16, 1977 (NOTE: Part of the received copy is unreadable)
Dr. I. O. Thomas Succombs Dr. Irving O. Thomas, 425 N. Washington St., died on Thursday morning at 8:45 in Wilkes Barre General Hospital.
Born in Wilkes Barre, he was a graduate of Wilkes Barre High School and received his bachelor of science degree from Lafayette College in 1923. He received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical School in 1927 and completed his intern [...] General Hospital.
A member of the staff of General Hospital, Dr. Thomas had served as Chief of the Surgical staff for several years.
He recently was honored by the Luzerne County Medical Society, having been a physician for a half century. Dr, Thomas had been secretarty of the Luzerne County Medical Society for 16 years. He was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church, Wilkes Barre.
He and his wife, the former Ruth Wieand would have celebrated their 48th wedding anniversary in December [...]
